What better than two best friends coming together for life as partners! Our Keshavi and Shrey, having been friends for ten years, finally dated in the UK where both went to study. When they decided to tie the knot, what better venue could there be but Aamby Valley City, Lonavala.
For our Keshavi Shrey do, it was one grand medley of various themes across Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi and Wedding. It all began with a picnic lunch in carnival style with loads of activities and game leagues. This was followed by an Unplugged Night of extravaganza and dinner. The Mehendi was laid out in vibrant hues of a Rajasthan mela, with music and colours to echo the very essence of Rangeelo Rajasthan. Shrey being a prominent DJ himself, left no stone turned for his Sangeet, which was a larger-than-life extravaganza. It was a show of talents working tirelessly for a month to culminate in a Sangeet, nothing short of a spectacular techno fest. With light, sound, SFX for Shrey’s entry and dance numbers, there were a whopping 24 support dancers and over 80 family and friends up on stage. What a night it was! The Haldi lunch was laid out in authentic South Indian style, with a range of delicacies, music from the South and splendour in clothes and performances.
The wedding happened in a temple theme. From dresses worn by the bride and groom, to authentic temple jewellery, to the chants of the mantra, their wedding brought out the aura and magic of traditions and heritage with a mix of modernity.

Copper became an integral part of both families right from the wedding planning days. “Copper has surpassed our expectations.” For our #ShreKWedding, Copper far exceeded expectations. “The entire ambience during the 3 days celebrations of our wedding was homely and warm. And this was something we did not even strive for in particular; just came very naturally. For this, all due credit goes to the whole team of Copper Events.” For Copper, families are what matter the most and the relations linger far into the future. “If given a chance to go back in time and redo our wedding, we’d still pick Copper Events! The experience with the entire team will always be a memory of a lifetime to us.” And to us too, we say!
