She was a shy girl from Jaipur who had no clue who Ruturaj was or what he did for a living till she met the family. He was the blue blooded boy, grandson of the iconic educationist D Y Patil. Their wedding was arranged by their families. Right from their first meeting, everything seemed perfect. As they fell in love with each other’s simplicity and shared similar interests and nature, Pooja and Ruturaj got together for a greater destiny as they united two dynasties into a bond of lifetime togetherness.
Their wedding was royal and traditional and took place at Police Ground, Kolhapur. This was indeed one of the biggest weddings of the year in Kolhapur.
The festivities continued for days amidst much grandeur and pomp. Splendid decor and extensive set ups were the highlights of this wedding, which was attended by thousands.
Pooja & Ruturaj
For Team Copper, this experience was a proud yet humbling one. We got an opportunity to serve more than a lakh guests which included family, extended family, relatives, friends, dignitaries and distinguished personalities from all walks of life. Team Copper was involved in five months of extensive planning, coordinated with over 20 caterers including the efficient team of Sayaji and had this enriching experience of overseeing an area of over 15 lakh square feet between guests, decor, parking and the food. Happy to state that we could accomplish the job with great finesse and total success.
